Handmade With Sincere Sympathy Card

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days excluding weekends.

Most orders will be sent using USPS Ground Advantage which includes a tracking number.

I also use 3rd Party mail tracking to help keep eyes on your package if it falls out of the size where tracking is included with USPS.

Cards being mailed are in a cellophane baggie and item(s) are wrapped in tissue paper to give it that little bit of extra protection from the hard-handling of being shipped. Other bulky items are mailed in a box to help prevent damage during the shipping phase.

Thank you.

I have a NO REFUND policy; except,

You have one hour to cancel your order. Only under extreme circumstances with proof that there is a hardship prior to the item being mailed will I decide to refund an item. You will be responsible for any fees I'm charged from my payment vendors due to the refund.

Thank you for understanding.
